Use this page to cancel a contract you made with The Prompt Index, including within your 14-day cancellation period.

You are not signed in. You can still cancel here: we will ask for your name, the email address on your account and which contract you are cancelling. Sign in if you can, so we can find your plan straight away.

What happens

On the next screen you confirm which contract you are cancelling.
We email you a confirmation with the date and time we received it.
Within 14 days of buying: we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days used (nothing is due for a FREE first month). See section 7 of our terms.
After 14 days: cancelling stops renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
