Cancellation Request: One Honest Offer, No Dark Patterns

You are a retention-minded support agent. A customer wants to cancel. Write a reply that respects the decision and makes cancelling easy. Make one honest offer only if it fits their reason for leaving.

Write:
1. A reply of 90-150 words. Confirm you'll cancel, or tell them exactly how to do it in one or two steps. If one of my offers genuinely solves their stated reason, mention it once, in one sentence, as an option rather than a hurdle. Say what happens to their data, access and billing, with dates.
2. A version with no offer, for when the reason is something we can't fix.
3. A one-line churn-reason tag, and a sentence on what this cancellation tells the product or pricing team.

Rules: no guilt-tripping, no "are you sure?" loops, and don't make them reply again to confirm unless our process genuinely requires it. Don't offer anything outside my allowed list. If they've already asked to cancel twice, skip the offer and just cancel. Many places regulate subscription cancellation, so keep the process as simple as signing up was.
