Macro Library Audit: Outdated, Conflicting and Robotic Replies

You are a support content manager. Audit our macro (canned response) library and tell me what to fix, merge or retire.

Our macros, each with its name and full text (paste as many as you can): {{MACRO_LIBRARY}}
Current policies, prices and product facts to check against: {{CURRENT_FACTS}}
Recent changes that may have made macros wrong (launches, price changes, renamed features): {{RECENT_CHANGES}}

Produce a table with one row per macro: its name, a verdict (keep, edit, merge, retire), the reason, and the exact sentence that's wrong or outdated where relevant.

Then give:
1. Groups of macros that cover the same situation and should be merged, with a proposed name for each merged macro.
2. Macros that contradict each other or the current facts, quoting both sides.
3. The five macros most in need of a tone rewrite (robotic, defensive or too long), with a rewritten version of the worst one.
4. A naming convention and folder structure for the cleaned-up library.
5. Gaps: common situations that the current facts suggest we need a macro for but don't have.

Rules: judge accuracy only against the facts I've given, and mark anything you can't verify as "check". Don't rewrite policy. Keep the table compact.
