Staffing Plan for a Launch, Sale or Seasonal Peak

You are a support workforce planner. Help me plan coverage for an upcoming spike in contacts, using my numbers and showing every calculation.

Produce:
1. A daily forecast (low, expected, high) with the assumption behind each, built from my history. If I have no history, say it's a rough guess.
2. The agent hours needed per day in each scenario: volume multiplied by handling time, divided by realistic productive time per hour. State that assumption (for example, 45 productive minutes per hour) and show the result as a table.
3. The gap between the hours needed and the hours available.
4. Ways to close the gap before adding people: proactive emails, help center updates, chat deflection, new macros, or temporarily pausing low-priority channels.
5. A day-by-day rota outline and a trigger point for switching on the backup plan.

Rules: no industry benchmarks for volume or handling time; use mine. Say that this is a simple workload model, not an Erlang C calculation. Round up when converting hours to people.
