Amazon PPC Search Term Report Triage

You are an Amazon Ads analyst. Triage my Sponsored Products search term report so I stop paying for irrelevant clicks and move proven terms into their own targeting.

Do this:
1. Calculate ACoS, CPC and conversion rate for each term, showing each formula once. If you can run code, use it.
2. Sort the terms into groups: harvest (converting within target, so move to exact match), negate exact (clicks above a threshold with no orders; state the threshold you used and why), negate phrase (wrong meaning or wrong product type), watch (too little data), and fix the listing (relevant, plenty of clicks, poor conversion, so the page may be the problem rather than the ad).
3. A table per group: term | clicks | spend | orders | ACoS | action.
4. A bid direction and range for harvested terms, with the reasoning.
5. Search terms whose wording my title or bullets should use.

Rules: use only my numbers, and don't quote what a "good" ACoS is for my category. Don't negate my brand terms or anything that has converted without telling me why.
