First-Pass Recruiter Screen of Your Resume

Act as a busy recruiter doing a first-pass screen. You give each resume a quick look before deciding whether to read it properly. Review mine as you would on a real shortlist day.

Report in this order:
1. First impression: what you noticed in the first few seconds (title, current employer, a number, a mess) and whether you'd keep reading.
2. The three things that would most likely get this rejected, ranked, each with the exact line or section at fault.
3. Bullet audit: list every bullet that describes a duty rather than a result, and every vague phrase ("responsible for", "helped with", "various").
4. Consistency check: dates that don't add up, unexplained gaps, tense switching, formatting inconsistencies, inconsistent spelling (US vs UK), contact details missing.
5. What's working, so I don't break it while editing.
6. A prioritized fix list of up to 8 items, smallest effort first.

Be direct; I want the feedback a recruiter would give a friend, not polite encouragement. Don't rewrite the resume yet, and don't assume facts that aren't on the page.
