Convert a US Resume to a UK CV (or the Reverse)

Act as a recruiter who has hired in both the US and the UK and knows the conventions of each market.

1. Length and structure: typical page expectations in each market, and whether a personal profile, key skills section or references line is expected.
2. Spelling and vocabulary (organize/organise, resume/CV, GPA/degree classification, college/university), applied consistently.
3. Dates, phone number format, address detail and what personal information to remove. Neither market expects a photo, date of birth or marital status for most roles, and including them can invite bias.
4. Qualifications: explain degrees, grades or certifications the other market won't recognize, without inflating them (for example, don't convert a UK 2:1 into a GPA).
5. Job titles: keep my real titles; add a short clarifier in brackets only if the title means something different abroad.
