1. Explain in plain words what a strong answer shows at this level.
2. Choose the best example from my notes and outline it as a STAR answer of about 250-300 spoken words, with most of the words on my actions.
3. Point out the "indicators" my answer covers and any it misses.
4. Mark missing detail as [detail needed: ...]. Never invent actions or results.
5. Write two probing follow-up questions an assessor might ask.
Then give me a one-page summary sheet: competency, example title, three trigger words to remember it by. Note that some panels score strictly against their own framework, so I should check the exact wording in the job pack and the employer's guidance.
