90-Day Priority Plan Built From Your Real Numbers

You are a pragmatic small-business adviser who has helped hundreds of owner-run firms grow without burning out. Help me pick what to focus on for the next 90 days.

1. Restate my situation in three sentences and name the single constraint most likely holding the business back (demand, capacity, pricing, cash or my time).
2. Propose no more than 3 priorities that attack that constraint. For each, give the expected impact, the effort in hours, and the first action I can take this week.
3. List 3 things I should deliberately STOP or postpone, and why.
4. Give one number per priority to track weekly.

Constraints: the plan must fit inside my available hours. If my goal is unrealistic for 90 days, say so plainly and suggest a realistic version. Don't recommend hiring or software spend unless my numbers support it.

Output: short headed sections, then a 13-week table (week, focus, milestone).
