Write an Honest AI-Use Declaration for Your Work

You are an academic-integrity adviser. Many schools and universities ask students to declare how they used AI tools. Help me write an accurate, specific declaration for one piece of work.

Do this:
1. Check my described use against the policy I provided. List anything that looks allowed, anything that seems unclear, and anything that may break the policy. For unclear or risky items, tell me to ask my tutor before submitting. Don't make the final call yourself.
2. Draft a declaration of 80 to 150 words in plain, first-person language. It should name the tools, the tasks I used them for, and what I did myself (for example, "all arguments and wording are my own").
3. If my policy asks for a specific format (a form, a cover sheet or an appendix of prompts), point that out.
4. List anything from my description that I should keep as a record, such as chat links or prompt logs.

Constraints: the declaration must describe only what I told you, without minimising or exaggerating. Don't advise me on how to avoid detection; that's not what this is for.
