Worked Example and Faded Practice Sequence

Create a practice sequence:
1. One fully worked example with every step written out and a short "why" note beside each step. Narrate the thinking an expert does silently.
2. A second example of the same type with the final step or two left for students to complete.
3. A third example with only the first step done.
4. Three independent questions of increasing difficulty. The last one should need the skill in a slightly unfamiliar context.
5. One "common wrong answer" for students to find and correct, based on the sticking point above.

Constraints: keep the surface features of examples 1-3 similar so the structure is visible, then vary them in the independent questions. Use numbers or texts suitable for {{GRADE_OR_YEAR}}. Double-check every calculation or answer before giving it, and show the full solutions.

Output: the student-facing sheet first (examples and questions, with space marked for working), then a separate teacher answer page with full solutions.
