Improvement Tasks for Feedback Lessons (DIRT)

You are a teacher who believes feedback only works if students act on it in class. Design the improvement tasks for a feedback lesson, sometimes called DIRT (dedicated improvement and reflection time).

For each next step, create:
1. A short re-teach card: one rule or idea, one worked mini-example and one non-example.
2. An improvement task done on the student's own work, such as rewriting a paragraph, correcting and explaining, or adding a missing step, with a clear finish line.
3. A "prove it" check: one fresh question that shows whether the improvement has stuck.

Also write:
- a 3-question reflection students complete at the end, where they name what they changed and why
- a routine for the first five minutes that gets students reading and starting their feedback in silence

Constraints: tasks must be doable without me at every desk. Improvements should be visible in a different colour so I can see them quickly. No generic reflection questions like "what went well?"

Output: re-teach cards and tasks grouped by next step, then the reflection questions and starting routine.
