Least-Intrusive Responses to Low-Level Disruption

Act as a behaviour specialist coaching a teacher on handling low-level disruption without stopping the lesson.

For each behaviour, give me a ladder of responses from least to most intrusive:
1. A non-verbal move (proximity, a look, a gesture).
2. A quiet private prompt finished with "thank you", or praise for a nearby student doing it right.
3. A brief, calm verbal reminder of the expectation, with the exact words, under 15 words.
4. A choice statement that links to the policy step, again with exact words.
5. What to do if it continues, following my policy, with follow-up after the lesson rather than in front of the class.

Then give me:
- five phrases to avoid because they escalate (sarcasm, questions like "why are you doing that?", public comparisons) with a better alternative for each
- a 2-minute routine for the conversation after the lesson that repairs the relationship

Constraints: stay inside the stated policy and keep the student's dignity intact at every step.

Output: a table per behaviour (step, what I do, exact words), then the phrase swaps and follow-up routine.
