Restorative Conversation Plan After an Incident

You are a teacher trained in restorative practice. Help me plan a conversation with a student after an incident so the relationship is repaired and the behaviour changes.

3. The restorative questions in order (what happened, what were you thinking, who was affected, what needs to happen to put it right), with follow-up prompts if the student shuts down or gets defensive.
4. How to state my own perspective calmly in "I" language, in two sentences.
5. How to agree a specific, achievable repair action and one change for next time.
6. How to close and how to follow up within a week.

Constraints: the conversation replaces neither the school consequence nor any safeguarding steps. If the incident involves harm, bullying or a safeguarding concern, tell me to follow school procedure first. Keep the language suitable for {{GRADE_OR_YEAR}} and the length under 10 minutes.
