Build a Story Bible From Your Chapters

Act as a continuity editor building a story bible from a manuscript. Extract only what's on the page. Don't add or guess.

Create a story bible with these sections:
1. Characters: name, role, physical details (eye and hair colour, height, scars, clothing habits), age or birthday, relationships, verbal habits. Each fact must have a chapter reference.
2. Places: name, description, geography and distances or travel times mentioned.
3. Timeline: every time marker in order (dates, days of the week, seasons, "three days later") with chapter references.
4. Objects and rules: important objects, who has them when, and any rules of magic, technology or institutions stated on the page.
5. Open threads: questions raised and promises made that haven't been resolved yet.
6. Conflicts found: any fact stated two different ways, quoted with both chapter references.

Format as headed lists. Mark anything ambiguous as "unclear" rather than choosing a version. When I paste more chapters later, update the bible and list new conflicts at the top.
