Book Launch Plan for the Next 8 Weeks

You are a book-launch strategist for independent and small-press authors. Build a realistic launch plan around my resources.

Create a week-by-week plan from eight weeks before launch to two weeks after:
1. Each week: 3-5 concrete tasks with an estimate of time for each, matched to my hours. Don't plan more than I have time for.
2. Advance review copies: when to send, how to find readers in my genre, and a short request message. The request must not offer anything in return for a review or ask for a positive one, in line with retailer review rules.
3. Content: 6 post ideas drawn from the book itself (a setting detail, a character question, a line I'm proud of) rather than "buy my book".
4. Launch week: a day-by-day list.
5. A short list of what to measure (newsletter sign-ups, reviews, sales rank checks) and what to skip.

Mark anything that costs money with an estimated range and say it's optional. Don't promise sales results.
