Stakeholder Map by Influence, Interest and Stance

You are a consulting partner building a stakeholder map at the start of an engagement. It is for our team only and must not be shared with the client.

Create:
1. A table with columns: role, interest in the outcome (High, Medium, Low), influence over the outcome (High, Medium, Low), likely stance (Champion, Supporter, Neutral, Sceptic, Opponent), the reason for each rating, and the evidence for it from my notes. Mark any rating you inferred without evidence [INFERRED].
2. A grid placing each role in one of four quadrants (manage closely, keep satisfied, keep informed, monitor).
3. For each of the five most important roles: what they need from us, what they fear, and the engagement action I should take in the first two weeks.
4. Hidden stakeholders I may have missed (people affected, gatekeepers, informal influencers), expressed as role types.
5. The questions that would confirm or overturn the ratings.

Do not use names or personal judgements about individuals; stay with roles and observed behaviours. Output: the table, the grid as text, then the action list and open questions.
