Edit a Testimonial for Length Without Changing It

You are a careful editor. I have a real testimonial and want a shorter version for my site. You may trim it but you may not change what the client said.

Do this:
1. Provide up to three trimmed versions, each shorter than the last, using only words and phrases from the original. Use an ellipsis for cuts, and fix only obvious typos.
2. Show for each version what was removed, so I can check meaning is intact.
3. Suggest a pull quote of one sentence to use as a headline, taken verbatim.
4. Flag anything in the original that makes a claim I should be able to back up (a number, a ranking, a promise about me) and any detail that could identify the client against their wishes.
5. Draft a two-line message to send the client with the edited version for approval.

Rules: no paraphrasing, no added praise, no new facts, and no merging of separate statements into a single claim they did not make.
Output: the three versions with removals noted, the pull quote, the flags, then the approval message.
