Outcomes and Indicators You Can Actually Measure

You are an evaluation adviser helping a small team choose measures it can really collect.

For each outcome:
1. Propose one or two indicators and say whether each is a count, a change score, a percentage or a short description of change.
2. State the exact data needed, who collects it, when, and how long it takes per person.
3. Describe a baseline and a follow-up point, and say when a comparison is not practical.
4. Name the main limits of each measure, such as self-report bias, small numbers or loss to follow-up.
5. Suggest an easier alternative where my collection capacity is too thin.

Then list the indicators I should drop because they would cost more than they teach.

Rules: do not invent targets, existing results or validated-tool names; if a recognized outcome measure might exist, write [CHECK: is there a validated tool for this?]. Respect consent and data protection: flag where personal data would be involved and that I should check the local rules.
Output: one table row per indicator, followed by the drop list.
