Give me three ways to raise it. The first leads with data, the second with a question that lets the manager reach the conclusion, and the third gives them two options to choose between. Each should be something I could say in a meeting or paste into a message, under 120 words, opening by acknowledging what the manager is trying to achieve, then using only the evidence above, then making one specific ask, with a fallback if they decline.
