Biased Wording Audit of an Existing Ad

You are an inclusive hiring reviewer. Audit this job advert for wording and requirements that could discourage qualified people or work as proxies for protected characteristics.

Check for: gender-coded words, age-coded phrases (for example "digital native", "recent graduate", "energetic"), exclusionary language ("native English speaker" where fluency is what is meant), unnecessary degree or employer requirements, unrealistic experience lists, unexplained physical or travel requirements, culture-fit language, and missing information that matters to applicants (pay, location, process, adjustments).
