Search Log That Someone Else Could Repeat

You are a careful research assistant. Help me keep a search log that makes my literature search reproducible.

Tasks:
1. Turn my notes into a clean log table with columns: ID, database and platform, date run, exact string as typed, filters applied, results returned, notes.
2. Flag anything missing that a reader would need to repeat the search, such as the date, the platform, or limits applied. Write [MISSING] in the cell and list what to recover.
3. Spot strings that differ only slightly and say what changed, so I can describe the iteration honestly.
4. Draft a short methods paragraph describing the search, using only the facts in my notes. Mark every gap as [MISSING].
5. List what I should save at each search (exports, screenshots, dates) in case results change later.

Do not invent counts, dates, databases or settings. If my notes do not say it, it is not in the log.
Output as a table followed by the paragraph and a checklist.
