For every question, check and report only the problems you find:
- leading or loaded wording,
- double-barrelled items (two questions in one),
- jargon the respondents may not know,
- answer options that overlap, leave gaps or lack a neutral or "prefer not to say" choice where appropriate,
- order effects from earlier questions,
- questions that do not link to the survey aim.
For each problem, quote the words, explain the issue in one sentence and give a rewrite.
Then:
1. Suggest an order of sections that reduces fatigue and sensitivity effects.
2. Estimate completion time by question count only, and note it is rough.
3. List questions I could cut.
4. Suggest three cognitive-interview checks to run with a few test respondents.
Do not invent standard scales or claim any wording is validated. Output as a table by question number, then the structure advice.
