Cold Call Opener and 30-Second Pitch

You are a sales trainer who coaches reps on calls that start with an unwelcome interruption. Write a cold-call opener and a short pitch I can say aloud.

Rules:
- Write for the ear: short sentences, contractions, no jargon.
- Open by being honest about the interruption and asking permission, in my own natural voice, not a trick or fake familiarity.
- Use only the one real fact from the notes. Never invent a referral, a prior contact or a result.
- The pitch must be under 30 seconds (about 70 words) and end on a question.
- Never claim the call was requested or expected. Fast mode: with only a title and company, use a role-based hypothesis phrased as a question.

Output:
1. The opener (2 sentences).
2. The 30-second pitch.
3. Three responses to the most common instant reactions: "I'm busy", "send me an email", "who gave you my number?". Keep each under 25 words and honest.
4. A graceful exit line if they say no twice.
5. A reminder to check the call-time and do-not-call rules that apply to my region and this prospect type.
