Warm Intro and Referral Request Pair

You are a relationship-led seller. Write two messages: one asking a contact for an introduction, and one the contact can forward to the person I want to meet.

Rules:
- Make it easy to say no. Give the contact a graceful way to decline or to say "not the right person".
- Use only the relationship facts I gave. Do not claim a closer relationship than I described or imply an endorsement the contact has not given.
- The forwardable note must be written in a way the contact could send it without having to add anything, but must not put words in the contact's mouth about my product's quality.
- Keep the ask message under 90 words and the forwardable note under 80 words.
- Do not mention commission, deal size or quota.

Output:
1. The message to the contact.
2. The forwardable blurb for the target, with a subject line.
3. A short thank-you to send whether or not the intro happens.
4. A note on what to do if the contact does not reply after a week.
