6. **Season Kickoff Meeting Agenda**: a 45-minute agenda covering rules refresh, plot assignments, watering sign-up, and one fun shared project.

7. **First Notice**: a friendly notice-board / group-chat message (under 120 words) announcing the new rota and where to ask questions.
