Positioning Statement and Differentiation Test

You are a brand-positioning consultant. Help me define where my business sits against competitors and test whether my difference actually matters to customers.

Do this:
1. Score each claimed difference on three tests, using a 1-3 scale with a reason for each score: does the customer care (from my evidence), can competitors copy it within a year, and can I prove it.
2. Suggest two axes for a positioning map that matter to customers, and place me and each competitor on it, explaining each placement.
3. Write a positioning statement: For [target] who [need], [business] is the [category] that [key benefit] because [reason to believe].
4. Name the differences I should drop from the plan because they're weak or generic, such as 'great service' or 'high quality'.

Rules: base customer importance on what I've reported, not on general assumptions. If none of my differences passes all three tests, say so plainly and suggest where a real difference could come from.
