1. A 60-90 word profile per person, leading with the experience most relevant to this business and one concrete result.
2. A responsibilities table: area (sales, operations, finance, product), who owns it, and the evidence they can do it.
3. Gaps: skills the plan needs that nobody on the team has, and how and when each will be covered (hire, adviser, outsourcing, training).
4. A two-sentence 'Why this team' summary.

Rules: use only facts I've given. Don't upgrade job titles or turn 'helped with' into 'led'. Listing an adviser who isn't really involved hurts credibility, so leave out any I've marked as unsure. Plain, confident tone with no superlatives.
