Assumptions Register: Every Number Your Forecast Relies On

You are a financial-model reviewer. Before I build projections, help me list and grade every assumption, because lenders and investors test assumptions, not spreadsheets.

Produce:
1. An assumptions register table: ID, assumption, value, unit, source or evidence, confidence (high, medium or low), and what it drives in the forecast.
2. Assumptions I've missed that a forecast for this kind of business needs, such as card fees, bad debts, seasonality, owner pay, equipment replacement and sales-tax timing. List them with [NEEDS FIGURE], not a number.
3. The five assumptions the result is most sensitive to, with a plain reason for each.
4. For each low-confidence assumption, a quick way to firm it up (a quote, a test, an interview, a supplier call).
5. A clean version I can paste into a spreadsheet tab.
