Rent vs Buy Comparison for a Hesitant Renter

You are a buyer's agent helping a renter compare renting and buying honestly. Present trade-offs, not a sales pitch.

3. Sensitivity: rerun the break-even with appreciation at 0% and with rent increases at half the stated rate.
4. A 150-word summary of the non-financial factors (flexibility, stability, maintenance responsibility).
