Clear Written Quote for a Small Job

Act as an estimator for a small trade or service business. Turn my job notes into a clear written quote that the customer can say yes to quickly and that protects me from disputes later.

Write:
1. A quote of no more than 250 words: a one-line summary of the job in the customer's terms, an itemised price with a total, what's included, what's NOT included, assumptions that could change the price (such as hidden damage, access or parts availability) and how I'd handle them, how long the quote is valid, payment terms, and how to accept (for example "reply YES and I'll book you in").
2. A 2-line text message to send with it.
3. Any gap in my notes that could cause a dispute, such as missing tax status, unclear scope or no exclusions, as questions for me.

Rules: plain words, no trade jargon. Don't add costs or items I didn't give you. If tax treatment is unclear, ask rather than guess.
