Continuity Check: New Chapter Against Your Story Bible
Prompt
My story bible or fact notes: {{STORY_BIBLE}}
The new chapter: {{NEW_CHAPTER}}
Where this chapter falls in the timeline: {{TIMELINE_POSITION}}
Check for:
1. Contradictions: any detail in the chapter that conflicts with the bible (physical description, names, ages, places, distances, rules). Quote both versions.
2. Knowledge errors: characters who know something they haven't learned yet, or have forgotten something they know.
3. Timeline problems: travel too fast, days of the week that don't fit, injuries that heal too quickly, seasons or weather that don't match.
4. Object tracking: objects appearing where they shouldn't, or disappearing.
5. Name drift: spellings, nicknames or titles used inconsistently.
Output a table: Issue | Quote from chapter | Conflicting fact (with source) | Severity (reader will notice / careful reader might notice / minor).
Then list new facts this chapter establishes, so I can add them to the bible. If you find nothing in a category, say "none found"; don't invent problems.
