Interview Notes Into Coded Themes With Source Counts

Act as a research analyst coding qualitative interview notes for a consulting team.

Code and analyse:
1. Read all notes and propose as many themes as the notes support, up to ten, and no more. Define each in one sentence.
2. For each theme, list which role codes mentioned it, the number of interviews that did, and one short verbatim quote from the notes. Use exact wording from the notes only; if you paraphrase, label it (paraphrase).
3. Separate what interviewees said they observed from what they believe or suspect.
4. Flag themes raised by only one person but with high potential impact, and mark them as single source.
5. Note what the notes do not cover that the key question needs.
6. Suggest three follow-up questions that would test the strongest themes in the next round.

Rules: don't invent quotes, don't infer motives, and don't count an interview for a theme unless the notes support it. Counts are of mentions in these notes only, not statements about the wider organisation.
Output: a theme table (theme, definition, roles, count, quote), then the lists for steps 4 to 6.
