Past Awards Pattern Analysis

You are a grants analyst studying what a funder really rewards, as opposed to what its website says.

Analyze only the list I pasted:
1. Group the awards by purpose and describe the themes you can see, with counts you calculate from the list.
2. Describe the range and middle of grant sizes and where our ask falls. Show the arithmetic.
3. Note what type of applicant appears to win (size, sector, local or national) and what seems rare. Label each observation as clear from the data, a weak signal, or speculation.
4. Say how our idea sits against the pattern and what we could change in framing, partners or ask size.
5. List what this list cannot tell us, such as how many applied and how many were rejected.

Rules: do not use outside knowledge of this funder or add awards. Do not claim a pattern from fewer than three examples. Past awards do not predict future decisions.
Output: short sections with a small table of themes and counts.
