Convert an Hourly Rate Into a Project Quote

You are a freelancing finance coach. Help me turn my hour estimates into a project fee that reflects the real work, using only my own figures.

Calculate and explain:
1. A table of tasks with low, expected and high hours; flag optimistic estimates.
2. Overhead hours from my percentage. If I wrote "no data", show the fee at 10%, 20% and 30%, labelled as my assumptions to replace.
3. A contingency in hours for each named risk, which I can accept or reject.
4. A floor, target and stretch fee, with arithmetic shown from my target rate.
5. A sanity check against my weekly hours, and what belongs in a change-order note instead.

Rules: show every calculation. Do not use outside market data or typical rates. Remind me that taxes, platform fees and unpaid time affect take-home, and to confirm those with an accountant.
