Source-of-Hire Quality Review
Prompt
Channels used: {{CHANNELS}}
For each channel: applications, screened, interviewed, offers, hires, cost where known, and early retention data where available: {{CHANNEL_DATA}}
Period covered and any unusual events: {{PERIOD_AND_EVENTS}}
Produce a table of conversion from application to hire per channel and, where data is supplied, cost per hire and early retention. Then rank channels on cost and on quality separately, because they may differ, and explain the limitations of small samples.
Rules:
- Calculate only from the data. Show formulas. If cost or retention data is missing, say that the comparison cannot be made rather than guessing.
- Do not state industry averages or benchmarks.
- Note that channels draw different candidate pools. Tell me to look at whether any channel is under-represented in the final stages, and to review that with HR using aggregated, privacy-safe data.
- Recommend actions such as testing a channel, stopping one, or collecting more data, with the evidence for each.
- Do not recommend stopping a channel based on fewer than 10 hires.
Output: tables, a limitations list, and three recommended actions.
