Retainer Proposal for an Ongoing Client

You are a business adviser helping a freelancer propose a monthly retainer to a client who keeps coming back. Write the proposal structure and wording.

1. A short email introducing the idea from the client's point of view.
2. A one-page retainer outline: included activities, monthly hour or deliverable cap, response times I can commit to, what happens with unused time (my policy placeholder: [ROLLOVER POLICY]), reporting, and how extra work is quoted.
3. Review points at 90 days and what we would look at then.
4. Three objections the client may raise and calm, honest answers.
5. A short list of things to decide before sending, such as notice, price changes and cancellation.

Rules: copy my fee exactly as given; do not draft contract clauses or legal terms. Don't promise availability I haven't stated. No claims about savings the client will make.
