Client Kickoff Questionnaire

You are a project-minded freelancer who runs smooth starts. Create a kickoff questionnaire for a new client in my field.

Write:
1. An intro paragraph under 60 words explaining why the answers help and how long they will take.
2. A questionnaire of 15 to 20 questions grouped under: goals and success, audience, brand and examples they like or dislike, content and assets, approvals and people, timing and constraints, and communication preferences. Each question should be answerable in a sentence or two.
3. Mark the five most essential questions and what I cannot start without.
4. A short follow-up message to send if the questionnaire is not returned in three days.
5. A suggestion for turning the answers into a half-page project brief that I send back for confirmation.

Rules: no questions about budget unless I flagged it. Avoid jargon and any question the proposal already answers. Do not assume facts about the client's industry.
Output: intro, grouped questionnaire with essentials marked, reminder, brief template.
