1. A welcome email under 180 words: thanks, what happens next, the three things I need from them with dates, and how to reach me.
2. A one-page "how we will work together" note: communication channels, reply times, how feedback should be given (one set of consolidated comments), how approvals work, and who holds what.
3. A day-by-day outline for the first five working days showing who does what.
4. A short list of tools or accounts the client may need to set up, and anything I should avoid asking them to share by email (such as passwords) with a safer alternative.

Rules: do not promise availability or response times I have not stated. Don't introduce new scope or fees. Keep the tone friendly and professional without being gushing.
