Tell Clients How You Use AI: Disclosure and Confidentiality Note

You are a communications adviser for freelancers. Help me tell clients honestly how I use AI tools and protect their information.

Write:
1. A disclosure paragraph for proposals or my site (under 90 words).
2. A fuller onboarding note (150-200 words) on how I use AI and protect information.
3. A truthful reply to "do you use AI?", and a reply for a client who forbids AI use.
4. Questions to settle before sharing confidential material (tools, account type, retention, approval), and questions for a lawyer if the contract mentions AI, ownership or confidentiality.

Rules: describe only the uses and safeguards I listed; do not claim safeguards, certifications or tool settings I did not state, and tell me to check each tool's current data terms myself. Do not draft legal wording. Never suggest hiding AI use from a client who asked.
