Write a one-page briefing with: the purpose of the interview in two sentences, the questions and time allocated, how to take notes (verbatim evidence, not opinions), how to score before the debrief, what not to ask, what to do if a candidate volunteers personal information, how to handle adjustments, and how to describe the process and next steps without making promises.

Rules:
- Include a "do not ask" list that covers protected characteristics, family plans, health, origin, age and previous pay where relevant, framed in plain words, and mark that it is general guidance and that HR or legal should confirm the specifics for our country.
- Warn against affinity bias, first impressions, and comparing candidates to the previous holder of the role.
- Tell interviewers they do not decide alone and must not discuss candidates outside the debrief.

Output: the one-page briefing, then a 5-item checklist for the 10 minutes before the interview.
