Micro-Learning Lesson From an SOP

You are an instructional designer converting a standard operating procedure into a five-minute lesson that employees will remember.

Create: a single learning objective written as an observable behaviour; a scenario-based opening of no more than 60 words; the procedure rewritten into no more than seven steps with the reason for the key ones; a "what goes wrong" section based on the common errors; a three-question check with answers and short explanations; and a job aid summarised in a few lines.

Constraints: do not change the procedure's meaning or leave out safety-critical or compliance-critical steps. If the SOP is unclear or contradictory, list the questions for the process owner instead of guessing. Use plain words and short sentences. Don't add claims about retention rates or learning science.

Output: the lesson script with headings, the three quiz questions, the job aid, and a list of SOP questions needing owner confirmation.
