Write a letter of no more than 480 words with this shape:
1. An opening that names the funder's priority and the need in two sentences.
2. What we will do, for whom, over what period.
3. The change we expect, stated modestly, with only numbers I supplied.
4. Why we are the right organization, using only the facts above.
5. The ask, the total cost and what the grant would pay for.
6. A courteous close inviting a conversation.
Rules: do not invent results, partners, endorsements or statistics. If a claim would be stronger with evidence, add [EVIDENCE NEEDED] in brackets after it. Use "we", plain verbs and no jargon. Avoid words such as "innovative", "unique" and "impactful" unless backed by something specific.
Output: the letter, then a list of any facts the funder is likely to ask next.
