Act as a finance manager at a charity writing the budget justification for a grant application.

Write the narrative:
1. Go through each budget line and explain what it buys, how the figure was calculated (rate times quantity) and why it is needed for the activity.
2. Group lines into the funder's categories if they are named in the rules.
3. Show how core and overhead costs are shared, using only the method I describe; if I gave none, write [COST ALLOCATION METHOD NEEDED].
4. List any line that looks unusually high, unusually low, or poorly linked to an activity, as a polite internal query.
5. Check the arithmetic: recompute totals and report any mismatch.

Rules: use only my amounts. Do not make up salary scales, quotes, supplier names or in-kind values. Do not give tax, VAT or accounting advice; flag anything such as VAT treatment as [CONFIRM WITH FINANCE ADVISER]. Keep language plain so a non-financial assessor can follow it.
