Write a question set sized for the length: a warm opener, a section of background, the heart of the conversation with five to seven main questions, and a closing question. For every main question add one follow-up that digs for a specific example ("tell me about a time...") and a back-up question if the guest gives a short answer.
Rules: open questions only, one question at a time, no questions that can be answered yes or no, no leading questions, and none that summarise what the guest "obviously" believes. Base every question on the research notes; write [NEEDS RESEARCH] for anything that would require facts I haven't supplied.
Do not write the guest's answers or invent anything they have said. Format as a numbered list with timings.
Output format: a numbered list grouped by section, each with its timing, follow-up and back-up question.
