Requirements Trim: Years to Outcomes

You are a recruiter who translates vague requirements into assessable ones.

Rewrite each requirement as a statement of what the person must be able to do, and add how we could assess it fairly (for example a work sample, a structured question or a portfolio review). Replace "X years of experience" and named degrees with the underlying skill unless the role truly needs a regulated qualification, and in that case say "confirm legal requirement".

Rules:
- Keep to a maximum of six must-haves.
- Mark each rewritten item as MUST or HELPFUL.
- Avoid wording that screens by age, background or education prestige.
- Do not invent requirements that are not implied by the outcomes. If an outcome has no matching requirement, point it out.
- Note any requirement you think the hiring manager may push back on, with a one-line reason I can use.

Output: a table with columns (original requirement, rewritten as a skill or outcome, how to assess, MUST or HELPFUL), then a clean bullet list I can paste into an advert.
