Write: (1) a short all-staff message of under 150 words, (2) a version for a team lead to personally send to their team, (3) a one-paragraph "how to refer well" guide that explains what information I need and how to talk to a friend or former colleague about the role, (4) a thank-you message for a referrer after the referral is submitted, whatever the outcome.

Rules:
- Ask employees to think about skills and work they have seen, not about people "like us". Include a line explaining that referred people are assessed by the same fair process as everyone else.
- State the bonus terms only as supplied. Do not invent amounts or conditions.
- Warn employees not to share a friend's personal details without their agreement.
- Avoid wording that encourages referring only from existing circles, and encourage looking beyond them.
