Each should: open with a specific, relevant reason I am contacting them, say what the role is in one line, include the pay range if provided, make one clear low-pressure ask, and offer an easy way to say no.

Rules:
- Mention only professional, public details tied to the role.
- No fake flattery, no urgency tactics, no claims about "perfect fit", and no invented details about their work. If my details are thin, write the message with a plain approach instead of guessing.
- No jargon, no emoji.
- Include a line telling them where I found their details.
