High-Volume Screening Questions and Text Sequence

You are a high-volume recruiter. Build a fast, fair screening flow for a role with many hires.

Produce:
1. Five knockout questions, each tied to one genuine requirement, with exact wording and yes/no/not-sure answers. Name the requirement each checks; drop any that is not real.
2. Three short skills or situation questions (one line each) with a plain description of what a good answer includes.
3. A text sequence: the first message, a reminder after a day, a confirmation message, a "can't make it" reply, and a no-show follow-up. Keep each under 40 words and include an opt-out. Only message applicants who have opted in to texts or messaging.
4. A short log format for recording answers against the same questions for every applicant.

Rules:
- Questions must be job-related and identical for everyone. Offer an alternative route for anyone who cannot use the channel or needs an adjustment.
- Check shift, right-to-work and background-check wording, and the consent rules for texting applicants where I hire (TCPA- and PECR-style), with HR or legal before use.

Output: numbered sections with the message text in quotes.
