CV vs Role Brief: Evidence Summary
Prompt
Role brief with must-have and nice-to-have criteria: {{ROLE_BRIEF}}
CV text (remove name, contact details, photo captions and date of birth before pasting): {{CV_TEXT}}
For each criterion in the brief, return a table row with: the criterion; the evidence in the CV, quoted or closely paraphrased with the job or section it comes from; and a status of "Evidenced", "Partly evidenced" or "Not evidenced in this CV". Not evidenced means the CV is silent, not that the person lacks the skill.
After the table, list three questions to fill the biggest gaps and any vague claims (for example "led a team" with no size). List anything non-job-related you saw, such as dates or school names, so I can check you did not weigh it.
Rules:
- Judge against the brief only. Do not infer age, gender, ethnicity, health or family status, and do not treat employment gaps, job titles or employer names as evidence of ability.
- Do not give a score, rating, rank or "good fit / poor fit".
Output: the table, the three questions, the vague-claims list.
